This policy explains what information Hirizing Luxury Group ("HLG", "we", "us") collects when you use hirizingluxurygroup.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. HLG is a business-to-business procurement company. This site does not sell products online, does not process payments, and does not require you to create an account.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or write to us, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and whatever project information you choose to share — project type, project location, materials needed, and any description you write. Your name and email are required so we can reply; everything else is optional.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. This keeps the site running and tells us which pages are useful.

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or sensitive categories of personal data through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To coordinate sourcing, sampling, freight and delivery for a project you engage us on.
• To keep records of our business correspondence.
• To improve the content and performance of this site.
• To send occasional updates about our products and services, where you have asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who operate this site and our email on our behalf — currently Webflow, which hosts the site and processes form submissions, and our email provider.
• Manufacturing partners, freight forwarders and customs brokers, only where it is necessary to quote or fulfill a project you have asked us to work on, and only the details needed for that purpose.
• Professional advisers, or where we are required to disclose information by law.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

This site uses the cookies our hosting provider sets to deliver and secure the page. We do not run advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project correspondence for as long as we need them for the project, and afterwards as part of our business records — generally seven years — after which we delete them. If you would like your information removed sooner, write to us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email info@hirizingluxurygroup.com and we will respond. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.

International transfers

We operate across the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America, and we work with manufacturers and logistics partners abroad. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Wherever it goes, we take steps to see that it is protected to the standard described in this policy.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be described here.
