These terms govern your use of hirizingluxurygroup.com and, where noted, the quotations and supply arrangements between you and Hirizing Luxury Group ("HLG", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who this site is for

HLG supplies building materials, finishes and furnishings on a factory-direct basis to developers, architects, designers, contractors and hospitality groups. This site is intended for business use. Nothing on it is an offer to sell to consumers, and no part of it creates a binding contract on its own.

Information on this site is indicative

Product descriptions, specifications, finishes, dimensions, lead times, capabilities and imagery are provided to help you assess whether we are the right partner. They are illustrative and may change without notice. Natural materials such as stone, wood and metal vary in color, veining and texture, and physical samples will differ from photographs on a screen. Nothing on this site is a warranty, guarantee or specification you should rely on for procurement or construction.

Quotations and orders

A quotation issued by HLG is not a contract. It is valid for the period stated on it, is based on the scope, quantities and specification you gave us, and is subject to material availability, factory capacity and freight conditions at the time of order. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit is received. The terms in the confirmed order, and any separate supply agreement we sign with you, take precedence over anything on this site.

Samples, approvals and tolerances

Where a project involves natural stone, custom joinery, metalwork or fabricated assemblies, production is made against the approved sample, control sample or shop drawing for that order. Reasonable commercial tolerances in color, finish and dimension apply, and are set out in the relevant order documents.

Lead times, shipping and risk

Lead times quoted are estimates based on current factory and freight conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including port congestion, customs inspection, weather, strikes, and factory or carrier disruption. Delivery terms, transfer of title and transfer of risk are set out in the confirmed order and the applicable Incoterms.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate specifications, quantities, site dimensions and delivery information.
• Review and approve samples, drawings and order confirmations before production begins.
• Satisfy yourself that the products specified are suitable for your application, site conditions and local building and fire codes.
• Arrange for inspection of goods on delivery and report any shortage or visible damage within the period stated in the order.

Acceptable use of this site

Please do not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, to disrupt its operation, to scrape or harvest content or contact details, or for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, renderings, layout, and the Hirizing Luxury Group name and marks — belongs to HLG or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or working with us. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.

Third-party links

This site may link to sites we do not control, including those of manufacturing partners. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HLG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability in respect of products we supply is governed by the confirmed order and any supply agreement between us, not by this page.

Information you send through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from your use of this site are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Contracts for the supply of goods are governed by the law stated in the relevant order or supply agreement.
